Tour Leader/Professor Training Programs

1. All professors who join ALC Journeys’ educational travels are responsible for the following duties.

a)     Enroll 6 participants (for All-Inclusive Tour) or 8 participants (for Casual Trip) to earn a free place on the journey plus a stipend. If you enroll more than 6 or 8 participants, ALC will give you an additional stipend.

b)    Keep in touch with the ALC Journeys’ staff and the participants of your group. You can appoint a student as an assistant leader (who will receive a 15 % discount off program fee) to help you handle the Application Form, the trip, the visa (China tour only), etc.

c)     You will fly in comfort aboard American Airlines (AA), United Airlines (UA), Northwest Airlines (NW), China Eastern Airlines, Continental, Air France, Air Liberte, Al-italia, Delta, Qantas, Iberia, and Lufthansa.

8.    ALC Journeys will pay stipends to all professors at the end of the trip. In special cases, a partial    advance can be allotted.
